Project #14

For this project, my 6th grade Social Studies class will decide which 20th Century invention was the most important. Driving question: How did these inventions change the world? And are they still used today?  Students will have to relate how important these inventions were at the time. There will be two students in a group and they will need a visual aid and this project will not last longer than 3 weeks. Students will be able to chose their invention from this website. Students will be able to do more research on their invention through icurio and Discovery Education. After researching they must do their visual part in class where poster boards, markers, and any other materials will be provided. The last week is when they will do their presentation. Last, these projects will be graded through a rubric. All of this information and more can be found on my classroom website.
